Both tests are web-based and Masterline Marine can be completed from any location with internet access. The Stress Coping test can be completed at the shipowner’s or manning companies offices anywhere around the world.
Masterline Marine
Suitable for selection of all personnel, shipboard as well as shore-based, e.g. hotel staff, office staff and for screening of candidates recommended by manning companies. Masterline Marine takes around one hour to complete.
Masterline Marine together with Stress Coping test
Suitable for selection of watch-going personnel and for personnel holding safety-critical positions, i.e. junior officers and engineers, cadets, petty officers, ratings, and for screening of candidates recommended by manning companies. The Stress Coping test takes around 20 minutes to complete.

Subscription and training
- Subscriptions are offered to shipowners, either for Masterline Marine alone or together
with the Stress Coping test. Subscriptions are on a yearly basis.
- Marine Profile provides training for HR officers in how to use and analyse Masterline Marine. Completed Stress Coping tests are analysed by a maritime psychologist at Marine Profile and the results are e-mailed to the HR officer within hours.
